Three movements are presented, each based on a familiar hymntune melody: Hyfrydol, Nun danket alle Gott, and Hymn to Joy. The three preludes can certainly be used separately in worship, but also function well for a wedding with "Love Divine, All Loves Excelling" used for the bridesmaids' processional: "Now Thank We All Our God" as the bride's processional: and "Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee" as a recessional. The well-known hymn melodies will be easily recognized and enjoyed by all.
